PURPOSES
The Cemento (Concrete) project - Critical And Housing Improvements in Organizational Techniques - is divided into three types of interventions that through a series of horizontal initiatives aims to create a culture of safety and to increase the propensity of business entities to develop synergies, to process innovation, to enable cooperation procedures and to seek opportunities, through two instruments: the propensity to prevention and management of risks in the workplace.

TARGET
Businesses' employees more prone to the risk of workplace accidents.

PROJECT GOALS
The proposed initiative has the objective to acquire patterns of behavior, through the implementation of techniques for risk management and the acquisition of skills, attitudes and behaviors at the individual functional organizational growth. Therefore, the interventions offered aim to enrich the educational background of the participants, deepening their knowledge of issues related to corporate innovation processes regarding safety issues. The safety training should aim to grow the individual through a change that allows him to gain a better preparation in the conduct of a profession, not only limited to a more relevant knowledge and skills, but mainly due to the acquisition of a greater awareness of their role and their own behavior.
