PURPOSES It is an educational initiative of an extraordinary nature financed from the bottom of interprofessional joint Fondimpresa. The goal is to employability and redeployment of workers who have lost their jobs as a result of the crisis.

TARGET
The training plan is aimed at workers with mobility procedures in companies belonging to the Fund.

PROJECT GOALS
The project aims to improve , expand and adapt the portfolio of skills of the people in line with the current and future labor demand and to anticipate new jobs and promote innovation , and reorganization . All this is an ambitious challenge by workers and companies to overcome recessions and economic crises looming on the states . In fact, the impact of the crisis has highlighted the need to understand the professional needs and anticipate future skills and jobs needed for growth . The professional growth of employees increases the economic, social and individual , including higher incomes and more jobs . The overall objective of this plan is to promote greater innovation of companies in the region of Sicily , as well as facilitate the maintenance of employment by workers at risk in the same state in the face of the enormous unemployment crisis , economic and productive prevailing in all the national context.
